Credit Cards

The entire website allows payments in up to 3 installments without interest, with a minimum installment amount of R$10. You may also pay in up to 12 installments with interest, subject to payment approval by the following brands:

One-Time Payments

Pix (Immediate approval)
Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário) (Up to 3 business days for payment clearance)

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions of payment:

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Elo credit cards. You may split your purchase into up to 3 installments without interest or up to 12 installments with interest, with a minimum installment of R$10, according to the conditions presented at checkout.

Interest will be charged starting from 4 installments on the credit card, according to the table below:

Pix

We accept payments via Pix, a quick and secure way to make electronic transfers. The payment must be completed within 30 minutes after placing the order.

Bank Slip (Boleto Bancário)

We accept payments via bank slip, which must be paid within 3 business days after placing the order. The order will only be shipped after payment confirmation by the bank.

Cancellations and Refunds

In case of order cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded according to the payment method chosen. If payment was made via bank slip, the refund will be processed through a bank deposit or Pix.

Once the returned item is received and verified to comply with the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund or product exchange within 5 (five) business days.
