Shipping Policy

From the moment a purchase is completed on the Somniq website, our processing and packaging time takes 1 to 2 business days. After that, delivery takes an average of 05 to 07 business days (after the product is posted), depending on the location.

Orders placed through bank slip (boleto bancário) take 1 to 3 days for payment confirmation in our system.

We guarantee a tracking code so the customer can monitor the delivery progress of their order.

The shipping fee for all products on the Somniq website is £ 0.00 (free).

Attention: In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few more business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, periods of high demand at the Post Office, or other situations beyond our control.

 Somniq guarantees the delivery of the order. We take responsibility for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and with free online tracking, ensuring that your product delivery is 100% guaranteed.


1.2. Insured Shipping

“If the product is delayed and not delivered within 50 business days from the posting date, the full amount paid will be refunded on that date.”


1.3. Order Tracking

Products will be shipped by the Post Office (Correios) or another carrier. There will always be a Tracking Code that allows the customer to monitor the delivery progress. Somniq is committed to guiding the customer on how to track the products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to Somniq.

The order tracking code is provided within 3 to 9 business days after payment is confirmed.

The tracking code may take up to 3 business days to show shipping information on the Post Office’s website.


2. General Conditions (Attention)

2.1. Care with Order Addressing

Somniq will arrange for the shipment of products to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to avoid delivery issues, we kindly ask customers to pay attention when filling in the address where they wish to receive their order.

2.2. Recipient Absent

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package in any of the attempts, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office branch. In this case, the recipient must collect it within 7 calendar days.

If the recipient fails to collect it, by Post Office policy, the package will be returned to the sender. A new shipping fee must then be paid for the product to be resent.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office branch where the recipient must collect the package, will be recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The Somniq store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete destination address information provided by the customer. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, by Post Office policy, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made at that address.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee of £ 55 (shipping cost + Post Office fee) must be paid for the product to be resent.

2.4. Taxed Products

If any postal handling fees are charged (this fee is charged by the Post Office for postal support services and administrative assistance in customs processing), the responsibility will be Somniq ’s.

– £ 15.00 – Post Office (effective since 08/27/2018). Customers must keep track of their tracking code and the product’s current location to avoid issues.
